English Males over the age of 14 are required to undertake 2 hours of longbow practice every week under the supervision of the local clergy.

In Chester you can only shoot a Welshman with a bow and arrow within the city walls after midnight. However, in Hereford it is illegal to shoot a Welshman with a longbow on a Sunday in the Cathedral Close. It’s still legal to shoot a Scotsman in York with a bow and arrow at anytime except Sundays providing he also is carrying a bow and arrow.

It is illegal for a lady to eat chocolates on a public conveyance.
It is illegal to die in the Houses of Parliament. (I wonder what the punishment is?)
It is illegal for a woman to be topless in Liverpool except as a clerk in a tropical fish store

If someone knocks on your door in Scotland and requires the use of your toilet, you are required to let them enter.
A pregnant woman can legally relieve herself anywhere she wants, including in a policeman’s helmet.
The Highway Code does not say that drivers must not run over people.

Florida has some very strange laws including;

It is an offence to shower naked.
You may not fart in a public place after 6 P.M. on Thursdays.
Women may be fined for falling alseep under a hair dryer.
If you tie an elephant to a parking meter, you must pay the same parking fee as you would for a vehicle.
It is illegal for men to be seen publicly in any kind of strapless gown.
Unmarried women are not allowed to parachute on a Sunday.
